UK Orders
Shipping Methods
All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Royal Mail Tracked 24, which can be selected at checkout.
Free Royal Mail Tracked 48 is offered on all UK orders over £150.
A delivery estimate will be provided at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Processing Times
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
Delivery Timeframes

Please note that these delivery windows are estimates only and are not guaranteed. While we dispatch promptly, we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by Royal Mail or circumstances outside our control.
Safe Place & Neighbour Deliveries
If you request for your parcel to be:

Left in a safe place; or
-
Delivered to a neighbour
You accept full responsibility for the parcel once it has been delivered according to your instructions. We cannot be held liable for loss or theft in these circumstances.
Collection Points & Lockers
If you choose delivery to a third-party collection point (such as a parcel locker or Post Office collection branch), responsibility transfers to you once Royal Mail confirms successful delivery to that location.
Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order after it has been placed. However, we can only cancel orders before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

During busy periods, orders may be processed quickly.

Even if your order has not yet been dispatched, we cannot always guarantee that a cancellation request can be accommodated.

The shipping address cannot be changed once an order has been placed. If you realise you have entered an incorrect address, you must contact us immediately. However, we may not be able to cancel the order in time, so please take care when selecting your delivery address.
If your order has already been dispatched, you may return it in accordance with our Returns Policy once it has been delivered (UK orders only).
International Orders

All international orders are shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked.
A delivery estimate will be provided at checkout based on your destination country.
