UK & International Returns Policy
We hope you are pleased with your purchase. However, if your garment is unsuitable, we offer a 14-day return and refund policy for UK orders only (excluding clearance items).
Customers are advised to thoroughly check all items upon delivery and inform us immediately of any issues.
UK Returns – Your Right to Return
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns must be submitted through the official returns process outlined below.

Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt using the returns label provided.

Refunds apply to the cost of goods only, excluding original delivery charges.

The cost of the returns label will be deducted from your refund.
How to Submit a Return Request
To request a return:

Click the profile icon in the store’s menu.

Sign in to your account:

Enter your email address and click Continue.

Open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code.
-
Return to the online store and enter the six-digit code.
-

Click “Request return” for the relevant order.

If your order contains multiple items, select the item(s) you wish to return.

Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

Click “Request return” to submit.
If your return request is approved and shipping is required:

You will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.

The cost of the returns label will be deducted from your refund.

Once the product has been returned and inspected, your refund will be processed.
Conditions for Refund
We offer a full refund for the cost of goods (excluding postage) subject to the following conditions:

The garment must be in its original condition.

For brand new items, all tags must remain attached.

Items must be free from strong odours (e.g. perfume, aftershave, smoke).

Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or deterioration beyond their original condition.

If an item has deteriorated or requires cleaning, we may:

Decline the return and send the item back to you, or
-
Issue a partial refund to reflect loss of value or cleaning costs.

For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned.

Clearance items are not eligible for return or refund.

Customers are responsible for safely packaging items in a protective manner to prevent damage in transit.
Failure to comply with these terms may void your right to a refund.
Refund Processing

Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

Please allow up to 14 working days from receipt of returned goods for your refund to be processed.

Refunds cover the cost of goods only and exclude original delivery charges (unless the item is confirmed faulty or not as described).
Returns for Items Deemed Faulty or Not as Described
If you believe an item is faulty or significantly not as described, please notify us:

By including details in the Notes section of your return request, or
-
Please attach clear photographs showing the issue.
Once the item has been returned, we will assess it. If we agree that the item is faulty or significantly not as described:

A full refund will be issued, including original shipping charges.

Return shipping costs will also be refunded.
Please note:
As we predominantly sell used items, reasonable and inconspicuous signs of wear are to be expected and do not constitute a fault.
This also applies to measurements. Due to the nature of fabrics and manual measuring, slight measurement variations may occur. Unless measurements differ significantly from those stated, the item will not be considered “not as described.”
International Returns
We do not accept returns on international orders.
All international sales are final unless the item is deemed faulty or significantly not as described.
